Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policies

Our Terms & Conditions

SHIPPING POLICY:

We aim to ship all USPS orders same or next business day. Please note, it can take up to 5 BUSINESS days for your order to ship in some circumstances.  Any orders placed after 2 PM on a Friday will probably NOT ship until the following Monday.  We ship M-F.  Saturday shipping is not guaranteed  

UPS packages are picked up from headquarters, so they will go out within 1-2 business days. Same day is not guaranteed. UPS is only picked up on weekdays  

-FREE SHIPPING POLICY  **All domestic orders $120 and up are eligible for free shipping. Please be advised, however, the customer is subject to whichever shipping service Is most economical for Quirky Baby.  In the event the customer needs a specific shipping service, or delivery speed, we suggest paying the whole shipping fee yourself. 

Canadian Orders:

Customs/Duty Fees may be due once orders have arrived in Canada. This is determined by Customs upon inspecting incoming packages. Quirky Baby is not liable to pay said fees.  
 

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES:  

We will always do everything we can to help you find your package.  However, once your package is in the hands of the postal service, we are not responsible for it. We suggest you choose Priority Shipping for all packages for the time being (due to Covid-19) so that you have insurance. 

ROUTE PACKAGE INSURANCE:

We do not refund or re-fulfill orders that are lost by USPS. however, we do have Route Package Insurance available for purchase. It is automatically turned on for all transactions. Please do not remove it.  Please read their policies & procedures to insure your package stays within their warranty windows.

If your package tracking is at a stand still (no movement) for more than 3 days, please contact route.

 Additionally, You can always contact your local post office for more assistance. Be sure to have your tracking number and all tracking history ready for them. We also recommend signing up for tracking notifications on your packages. They seem to move better when they are being “watched.” 

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:

Our shipping labels are printed with the address you provide at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error on your part, we are more than willing to re-ship your items, however, the cost of re-shipping becomes the customer’s responsibility 

 

IN-STOCK CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

Quirky Baby does not accept cancellations on in-stock purchases. Please refer to our return policies to start a return if you are no longer in need of your order.

REFUND POLICY:  

Due to the nature of majority of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns, unless they are found to be defective after you receive them. We allow up to 14 days (45 days for elastics) after the date of delivery to notify us of any defective merchandise. (If it’s past any of those windows, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.) We will send a paid return shipping label via email. Once we receive and inspect the damaged/defective products, we will issue store credit for the amount paid for product minus shipping.

If you wish to receive a refund to your original payment method, it will be minus 20% to cover all processing fees incurred for the original transaction and the refund transaction.  In either case, no shipping will be refunded.  

Issues covered under our store credit/refund policy: 

Broken, missing, and/or bent snaps, missing items from an order, printing errors, stretched elastics

any issues with the above will result in a return label, replacement sent and/or store credit 

 

If we send you the wrong item:

 We are human.  Mistakes sometimes happen. We will immediately issue store credit for the missing item, or get the missing item sent out ASAP, but we do require the wrong item sent to be returned. Please inspect your packages promptly & notify us within 7 business days of receiving your package. 

 

 

Any item(s) returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please be sure to have your order number inside your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

     Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, seconds items, electronic gift cards, personal care items, cloth diapers, wet bags, diaper pods, inserts, and liners, teethers.   Additionally, we can not accept returns from smoking homes.  

 

Manufacturer Defects & Warranty: 

Quirky Baby provides a product warranty for 14 days past delivery to you (45 days for elastics) on Quirky Baby pocket diapers.  Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as damaged TPU, stitching, seams, and elastics, as well as product components (i.e. snaps, and fabric) Please contact us directly at hello.quirkybaby@gmail.com or message our business page on Facebook with photos and/or video of the issues/defects.  We will send a paid return shipping label via email, and then upon receiving and inspecting the damaged/defective products, we will issue store credit for the amount paid for product (or replace the product if it’s available)  We thank you for your understanding. 

 

      **Facebook posts about defects will not be approved to our Facebook group. You will be asked to contact us via the Facebook business page or email help.quirkybaby@gmail.com.**

 

Exchanges
     The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 Mississippi Residents : THIS MEMO IS FOR Y’ALL:  Quirky Baby, LLC is based in Mississippi. This means ALL orders made by residents within the state of Mississippi will be charged at our 7% (7.25% in the city of Tupelo) tax rate automatically during checkout. This is state law.)
